Ground floor

You enter via a Perigordian tower onto a large stone hallway that leads on to one of the sun terraces. There is a light and airy salon with two large sofas and a woodburner, this is next to the well equipped kitchen/diner (made up of antiques and vintage pieces) with a newly installed oven and work area. This leads you onto a huge dining room with a second woodburner with a toilet/utility room with drinks fridge and shower.

First Floor

There are 3 double bedrooms plus a children/teens twin room that leads off the main bedroom which is stacked with toys, games and plenty of space. In an upstairs hallway there is also a set of bunkbeds, and a highchair is available . There is a large newly renovated family bathroom with bath and separate shower, and one of the doubles has an en-suite with walk in shower.

Outside Space

There is an outdoor pool set within the walls of where an old barn once stood. By the (7mx3.5m) pool is a day bed, pizza oven, BBQ, dining table and abri to sit under in the evening. This leads down steps to the old boules court and garden and a terrace looking over the valley below. There is also a front shady terrace so you have choice for a quiet read.
