We try to rent the house Saturday to Saturday where possible, particularly in high season. However we will be flexible if we can!

Check in is at 4pm and departure at 10am in high season. We can be flexible at other times. There is a one off flat fee of £350 for the cleaning, towels, bedding and pool servicing.

We ask for a 50% deposit to make a booking – the remainder to be paid at your convenience before date of arrival.

We will be very accommodating if a cancellation is needed which allows us to re-book the house.

Pricing

Groups of 1-6:

Off peak season = £200 per night

Peak season (school summer holidays) = £250 per night

Groups above 6: an extra £20 per person per night
